"I frequently find myself craving the tactile experience of painting, often without any composition in mind. Just an itch to paint. For this reason, my abstract acrylic works are almost entirely improvised. My artwork celebrates high contrast color play, often utilizing pallet knives for dimension and texture alongside heavily diluted paints for uniquely unpredictable results. In this way, each new composition reveals itself to me during the artistic process." -TRC
